Polvo B.V. Acquires Kooning, Schiphol 

Polvo B.V., a subsidiary of Grafton Group plc, is pleased to announce that it acquired Kooning Schiphol on the 25th of November 2019. This acquisition fits with Polvo’s growth strategy, and further strengthens its leading market position in this region.

This acquisition strengthens the position of Polvo in this region, where it is already active from its Hoofddorp branch.
